Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries/raspberries/strawberries (your choice)
  • 3 cherries
  • 50-100 ml Milkadamia Milk Macadamia Unsweetned (or Oat milk)
  • 45 gr of ground macadamia nuts (3 tbsp)
  • 1/4 brazil nut
  • 10 gr of ground walnuts (2 tbsp)
  • 30 gr of chia seeds (2 tbsp)
  • 5 gr of ground flaxseed (1 tbsp)
  • 10 gr of sunflower lecithin (1 tbsp)
  • 3gr of Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of Active100

Instructions

1. Blend in the Fruit: Add three cherries and half a cup of your chosen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries) into the blender. Reserve the other half of the berries for topping. If using, pour in a small amount of pomegranate juice to enhance the fruity flavor and antioxidant content.

2. Add Nuts and Seeds: Incorporate the walnuts and macadamia nuts into the blender.

3. Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add the Green Zero, sunflower lecithin, and Ceylon cinnamon to the mix.

4. Pour the Milk: Start by adding nut milk to your blender, depending on how thick you prefer your smoothie. Almond, macadamia, or oat milk are excellent choices.

5. Mix Thoroughly: Blend all the ingredients on high for 3 to 4 minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

6. Prepare to Serve: Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl or dish.

7. Add Toppings: Sprinkle the remaining berries on top of the smoothie for a fresh, appealing finish.

8. Add protein (Optional): For an additional protein boost, consider adding 30 grams of pea protein to the blend before mixing.
